怀孕后失眠怎么办?

孕妇失眠是很常见的，了解这些造成失眠的因素,会减轻心理负担。
　　1、妊娠反应因素： 对于一个女性来说，在期盼孩子呱呱坠地的10个月中，在喜悦的同时，也会有不少忧虑和烦恼。在妊娠6周以后，孕妇就会出现食欲减退、偏食、恶心、呕吐、头晕、倦怠等，称之为早孕反应。到第13～14周时孕妇的睡眠会明显减少。在妊娠的后12周内，由于胎儿增大，子宫体积日渐膨胀，多会表现入睡困难，夜里醒转次数增加，睡眠明显减少。
　　2、各种疼痛因素：孕期有几种疼痛、往往是引起失眠的主要因素。
　　头痛：少数孕妇会出现一种日趋严重的头痛和失眠，有时还伴有呕吐,看东西模糊；同时有下肢水肿、血压升高、尿中有蛋白，这就是妊娠高血压综合症。
　　胸痛：孕妇胸痛多发于肋骨之间，疼痛部位不固定。这是由于怀孕引起的缺钙，或由于膈肌拉高，造成胸廓膨胀所引起的。
　　胃痛：孕妇由于消化道肌肉蠕动减慢，使之有胃部饱胀不适感；还有的孕妇因不断返酸水和胃灼痛而一筹莫展，从而导致失眠。
　　腰痛：随着怀孕时间的增加，孕妇会感到身体沉重，站立或步行时，为保证重心前移的平衡，必须挺胸突肚，再加上双脚外八字分开，这样就必然造成腰部脊柱适度的前凸弯曲，引起脊柱性腰痛及夜间睡眠不好。
　　腹痛：有的孕妇，尤其子宫后倾的孕妇，在怀孕初期感到骨盆区域有一种牵引痛或下坠感。倘若怀孕期间下腹痛比较剧烈,日益增大的子宫进入骨盆，还会引起髋关节的疼痛，造成成夜间觉醒多，睡眠少。
　　3、仰卧因素：
　　孕妇长期采用仰卧位睡眠，久之可形成失眠，因仰卧位时，大的子宫压迫下腔静脉，使回心血量减少，心输出量下降。有些孕妇可突然发生胸闷、气急、面色苍白、出冷汗等各症状，甚至出现血压下降、休克，称为“仰卧位低血压综合症”。当长时间仰卧导致血压下降时，通过压力感受器的作用，引起交感兴奋，并释放大量肾上腺素，从而导致血压急剧上升，称为“仰卧位高血压综合症”。不管是低血压还是高血压，都会对孕妇的健康如睡眠产生不利影响。
　　4、如何自我调护
　　引起孕妇失眠的原因是多方面的，属心理方面的原因可通过解除不必要的顾虑，保持良好的心境，如听轻松舒缓的音乐,看愉悦身心的风光片,放松训练或请心理医生帮助，运用心理疗法来解决；属于病理方面的原因，一定要及时请医师诊治，以免加重病情；属睡眠体位不当者，在妊娠晚期一定要采取正确的睡眠姿势，即左侧卧位。
