常吃鱼翅真的会影响生育吗

常吃“贵”价的鱼翅其实很危险，它含有危害人体健康的汞。记者昨日从野生救援协会中国区分部获悉，鱼翅含有重金属汞(又称“水银”)，该物质会造成男性不育，而对于孕妇来说，经常食用鱼翅还可能会引起胎儿畸形、血液疾病等。目前，美国有关部门已建议孕妇不要吃鱼翅。不过，昨日广州市海味干货商会在接受记者采访时表示，近两年，广州一德路批发的鱼翅产品未发现含“汞”问题。
　　鱼翅含“汞”问题
　　此外，营养专家指出，鱼翅并不含有人体所需的特别微量元素，其营养价值跟普通牛肉差不多。
　　警示：多吃可造成男性不育
　　日前，有消息称，鱼翅被水银污染的程度高达70%。昨天，野生救援协会中国区分部有关负责人吕蕾表示，鱼翅中含有汞是确实的。上世纪90年代末，美国食品药品管理局(FDA)做过一项为期三年的研究，结果发现，在深海鱼、贝类等四类生物含汞量最高，其中，这四类生物中，鲨鱼体内所含的汞含量又是最高的。鱼翅就是鲨鱼的一部分——鳍，所以鱼翅中也含有汞。吕蕾进一步解释，鱼翅中含汞的原因，一是海洋自身受到污染，在鲨鱼生长的水域里就含有汞。二是鲨鱼处在食物链中的最高处，它在吞食其它体内积聚汞的食物时，自身体内往往也积累大量的汞元素。
　　野生救援协会指出，鱼翅含汞甚至汞含量超出人体健康承受范围，在美国、欧洲等发达国家已有确认。之前，美国有关部门曾对来自香港鱼翅批发市场的鱼翅进行了抽样调查，结果显示，汞含量达5.84PPM，而香港对鱼翅产品汞含量的限制是不得超过0.5PPM。
　　有关专家指出，人体内汞含量超标，可能造成男性不育，若人体内含量过高还会损害人的中枢神经系统及肾脏。在美国，医生已建议孕妇不要食用鱼翅，因为汞还会引起胎儿的畸形，产生血液疾病。
　　昨日，广州暨南大学第一附属医院营养科副主任黄俭表示，汞含量在人体内达到一定量，就会产生汞中毒。汞进入体内，一般难以排解出来，它会积聚在体内。
