黄疸是早产儿听力损伤的重要原因

10月11日，湖南省湘潭市妇幼保健院一项科研课题《早产儿黄疸与听力损伤关系的研究》通过市级科研成果的鉴定。专家认为，该成果创新性在于国内首次提出早产儿与黄疸分度标准，并发现黄疸是早产儿听力损伤的重要原因；为早产儿黄疸所致听力损害的早期干预提供了依据。
　　随着早产儿发生率和存活率的显著提高，是早产儿发育障碍的发病率亦明显增加。
目前早产、黄疸，窒息是导致我国儿童发育障碍的三大主要原因，而听力言语残疾居我国五类残疾之首。据调查，我国现有听力言语残疾人2000万，0—7岁的聋哑儿童约74万，且以每年约2—4万新发生的聋儿递增。该院曾建武等人通过对227例早产儿黄疸与听力损伤的分析研究，证明黄疸是早产儿听力损伤的重要原因之一。不同水平的胆红素对不同的早产儿听力损伤不同。同一胆红素水平对胎龄越小、体重越低、日龄越小的早产儿影响越大，而对于相同胎龄、出生体重的日龄的早产儿，则胆红素水平与听力呈正相关，提出了不同程度黄疸对早产儿听力损伤的预测作用。中度黄疸对早产儿听力影响是暂时的，而重度黄疸可能导致具有临床意义的早产儿听力损伤。
　　黄疸是新生儿期常见的症状，黄疸对足月儿听力损伤等方面研究，国内外多有探讨；而黄疸对早产儿听力损伤研究却鲜有报道。负责鉴定的主任委员、中南大学湘雅医院儿科专家尹飞教授认为，这项达到国内先进水平的研究成果，可早期发现听力障碍，早期干预，降低胆红素水平，减少早产儿听力障碍的发生。

三、木屑粉碎机(木材粉碎机)结构及操作原理
该机系组合型粉碎机，止切削机、切片及粉碎先经切削进入粉碎，由锤片高速运转，风力经筛网送出料口，一次成为颗粒。
四、木屑粉碎机(木材粉碎机)使用说明
1 、接通电源，看转向是否正确。
2 、装换刀具时，刀口伸出刀盘平面2—4mm，然后拧紧螺栓。如发现压力螺栓丝扣磨损，应立即更换，以防损滑刀盘螺母。
3 、改变刀的伸缩度，必须是伸刀长短一致。
4 、靠调刀长度，颗粒达不到理想时，改换不同孔径的罗筛。
5 、严禁夹带石头、钉子的木柴投入机内，以防打坏刀个和内件。
6 、注意检查锤片螺栓，发现松动，立即紧固，锤片和螺栓磨损严重时，应更换。
7 、磨刀角度为直线28—30°，严禁磨成凸面，凸面会导致钢刃脱离或局部揭钢。
8 、经常使用的机子应检查轴承黄油是否缺少。应3—4小时加注黄油一次，加注黄油不易过多。
五、木屑粉碎机(木材粉碎机)使用方法
1 、本机使用，不改变动力和速度，磨刀角度，保持原来直线 28—30°。
2 、改变颗粒，需换罗、调刀同时进行，罗孔最小不小于14mm（直径），最大不大于20mm（直径），调刀长度3—6mm之间，底刀板和刀的间隙不大于1mm 。
3 、该机能粉直径3cm—20cm以下的木料成颗粒状。
