孕妇分娩后的注意事项

分娩后的6—8周，医学上称为“产褥期”，民间叫“坐月子”，这段时间是产后恢复健康的关键时期，产妇应特别注意以下保健：
    (一)要充足的睡眠和休息。分娩时产妇体力消耗很大，不时地看护婴儿更易疲劳，若不注意休息睡眠，易加快衰老，不仅肌肉松弛，还能出现黑眼圈，所以产后头两天要注意休息不能累，3—4天后也只能在室内做些短时间的轻微活动。会阴破裂严重的，至少要卧床休息一星期。过早地参加较重劳动，易出现子宫脱垂，应特别注意。
    (二)要注意卧床姿势。产后子宫内的血液、脱落的组织及黏液混在一起经阴道流出称为恶露，产后3—7天最多，若总是仰卧，不但易出现子宫后倒，引发腰痛白带增多，恶露也不易排出。因此睡姿应取侧卧位和俯卧位。
    (三)居室要通风，产妇要讲清洁。受旧风俗影响，至今我国还有些地区有人主张，把产妇居室关得严严的，对“风”惧怕3分，不让一丝一缕新鲜空气进入室内，产妇在这种空气污浊的室内数十天会严重影响健康，在夏天更易生痱子、中暑。还有人主张不让产妇刷牙、洗头、洗脚、用水擦身，怕引出“月子病”，这对产妇更是不利。科学的做法是，产妇应勤换内衣内裤和床单，大小便后特别是哺乳前更应注意洗手。要注意对会阴的护养，每天都应用温开水或1：5000的高锰酸钾水溶液或1：2000的新吉灭尔清洗会阴等处。会阴有伤口时，可用70%的酒精纱布外敷伤口，每天1—2次。没有酒精的，用60度的白酒也可以。如有缝线时须于产后4—5天去医院拆线。
    (四)要注意护发。有关调查资料，产后脱发的发生率约为35%—45%。怀孕期间由于偏食挑食、食欲不振，都易造成体内蛋白质、微量元素(特别是锌)和某些矿物质摄取不足；分娩后由于体内环境的改变，常会导致性激素失衡；生小孩时由于失血过多，也易造成营养不良。这些都会使毛囊细胞发育不好、毛发易脱落。所以产后应及时补充营养，多吃些补血食物如动物的血、红糖。软体动物(如牡蛎)含锌最多应多吃点，更应多吃些富含蛋白质、维生素和矿物质的食物。勤洗头不仅能使头发清洁，还能增加毛囊的呼吸、促进头发新生，但是洗头发时，千万不可用碱性大的肥皂洗。经常梳头(也可用十指经常揉搓头皮)能促进头皮血液循环，利于头发新生。
    (五)要保护牙齿和眼睛。据中国医学科学院等单位调查，我国孕妇几乎100%缺钙。产后钙质更易大量丢失，易导致腰酸背痛关节痛，更易出现牙齿松动视力减弱。所以产后及时补钙能减少这些症状出现。经常吃些动物的肝、蜂蜜、胡萝卜，黄绿色蔬菜，更能使眼睛明亮，因为这些食物中都富含维生素A和维生素B2。
